Feature Request: Semantic UI

Looking at this

it looks like Semantic UI works reasonably well out of the box. Which got me wondering if there is any official support planned

I haven't come across Semantic UI before, but it looks ideal for an integration option. I've been wondering what CSS framework I would use as the next integration :-).

It likely won't be for a little while, but I've added it to my todo list.

I'm actually looking at playing with it myself, I like the fact that the class names actually make sense in english!
