Processing Message Does Not Disappear After Print Preview (with Bootstrap Styling)

I am not sure if I am doing something wrong or if this is a bug. I am using Bootstrap with DataTables. I styled the table control elements using Bootstrap "row" and "col-md-x" classes. When I enter the Print Preview screen and exit out of it, the "Processing" display element appears and never goes away.

It looks like it is fine if I don't use the Bootstrap classes to style them.
