DataTables not loading

Hi
I use DataTables on my website and they work perfectly.
However I am trying to create a search page (which works) but there is no format.
When I Inspect the element it says that all the calls to DataTables are 'pending'

Any ideas what I might have done wrong?
I have copied my DT code from a working page

I have cleared my browser cache and now all DT requests are 'Stalled'
