Using Nuget package for this version. Bootstrap pagination style is not being applied. Packaged dataTables.bootstrap.js file differs from styling example. Also, direct download package and github sources does not include bootstrap related files required in examples/styling/bootstrap.html.

The Nuget package is not maintained as part of the DataTables project (i.e. not by me). It is however, something I am considering for the near future.
In the mean time you would need to contact the Nuget package's author.
