Pdf export of both inner and outer datatables

I have been in a scenario where i am binding dynamic inner table to the outer table,now what i require is i should be able to export both outer and inner table on one click,i have implemented inbuilt pdf export which was working fine for only outer table and not for the dynamically generated inner table.
