When I apply the editor using "responsive" something is causing the "selection" box to blank out in the edit window and not show the JOIN table options.
Simply adding the responsive option to the table causes this issue? I'm not aware of anything that would cause that I'm afraid. Are you able to link to the page so I can take a look into it?

Found out it was being caused by another bootstrap CSS file in my theme.
