How to populate DataTaBles from a Google SpreadSheet

I saw that questions was already post years ago out there, but the google API has change and the answers no longer work.
So I ask the question again (hoping the anwser will help other people too)
How to populate DataTaBles from a Google SpreadSheet ?

I know it is possible but I can't figure out how =/
