When I used Individual column searching (select inputs) with server processing it shows only 10 options for me in the drop down. Does anyone know how to change this to show ALL optins?

You can try my yadcf plugin , it support server side , just make sure you pass the items for your column form the server , see live sample and scroll down to see the js and java code samples (for php you can try searching in github for other users code.
