Vertical page fitting demo on Firefox

Resizing has no effect on Firefox 37.0.2.
Not sure if there is a problem with the plugin or just the demo.
Works great on Chrome and IE.

Thanks for letting me know about this. I've just committed a fix which will be included in the next release of the plug-in, or you can use the latest version from GitHub.
