New libraries for TT with DT 1.10+

I have a site running an older build of DataTables, which I hope to bring up to Datatable 1.10.7.

I'm also using TableTools, with jPaginator and zeroclipboard.

Are these still required as separate resources, or is there a CDN version of TableTools with all of the required libraries included?

To add to the fun, the site is built on Bootstrap 3.x - do I need different resources again?

I'm a long way from being a js expert, so this is rather making my mind boggle.

The good news is that I am in the process of writing a tool which will make it point and click to get all the required libraries set up.
