bVisible with tfoot

I have a very simple test table that includes one row in tfoot but when I try and hide one of the columns the tfoot cell does not get hidden.

Any ideas?

Looks okay in this example: http://datatables.net/examples/basic_init/hidden_columns.html . Perhaps you can post a link to an example which doesn't work please?

Ah yes, I hadn't looked closely enough at the source of that example. I was using td tags not th as you have. With th tags it works fine.
