DataTables pushes some html content down a row in chrome

I am using DataTables and in 3 columns I show icons( html) based on the data coming from the server. It loads fine , but when I sort the sorting pushes the icons down a row.

It is the table with 7 columns.

Any help to fix this is appreciated.

I was able to fix it by changing CSS settings
