Looks like straightforward table data that I'm generating from an MVC project but cant seem to determine a reason for this error.

Your table has invalid HTML. thead and tfoot have three columns, tbody has four.
Wonderful, that may explain why after numerous hours of playing around things magically started working. At least now I know why.
