Issue with filters

Hi All,

I am following this example and I am trying to reorganize the input fields using bootstrap. I want to have multiple inputs per line instead of each input taking up a line. However, whenever I remove the table tag (used to organize the inputs, not the one on the actual table) the filters no longer work.
