Having installed the required code for "Individual column searching (text inputs)", I have noted that IE8 (on Windows XP SP3) fails to display the text strings entered between <tfoot> and </tfoot>, as in Chrome and Firefox; the boxes remain blank (though the search is fully functional). Yet another problem with this old browser version that, for the moment, I am very happy to see still supported by DataTables.
