Nor should it. The file name scheme was updated for FixedHeader 3. The index page for that release lists all the files.
The one you are looking for is probably: https://cdn.datatables.net/fixedheader/3.0.0/css/fixedHeader.dataTables.min.css .

Ah ok. I found the link I posted somewhere in the documentation. But I can't seem to find it again...
