I'm afraid not - no. It should be perfectly possible to have the Editor libraries alongside CI, but integrating the two together is not something I have tried to do yet.
hey it works great for me .... i made some changes (make more generic the code in my opinion of course but the idea works great maybe you should put the code on github

It has not been reviewed by the developer(s) of Datatables and CodeIgniter yet.

It worked for me too. Need some more help with, only use codeigniter database config.
It'll be great if we can move the staff model config outside EditorLib that will be great.
