Issue with Excel Export button

Hi,
I'm having a problem with the Excel Export button. When I click on this button, a xlsx.zip file is produced, and not an xlsx.
Actually the file is substancially correct, because if I rename the extension from .zip to .xlsx, the file can be successfully opened by MS Excel, but that's a strange behaviour.
Could you please help me to solve this issue?
