I need to setup multi-column layout for only one of Editor's form.

There isn't really a way to do that at the moment. What you would need to do is create a new display controller (just a clone of the standard lightbox would do) and assign a unique class in the display controller, so you can address it from CSS and achieve the layout you want.

I understood. I believe It would be feasible be able to distinguish between the two Editors.
