Fixed Column and individual column filtering.

Hello, I would like to use FixedCoumn to fix the first column (about scrolling) but I also want to filter this column.
Here: https://www.datatables.net/extensions/fixedcolumns/examples/styling/col_filter.html
You can see that this is impossible to research something on the first column, nothing happend. There is no event on the input...

What I have to do if I want to fix a column and also use a filter on it please ?
