Funnily enough I just committed Bootstrap 4 integration files to DataTables core yesterday. Buttons also now has BS4 integration, but none of the other extensions. They take time so will slowly be built up.
Bootstrap 4 integration won't be available in the DataTables downloader until BS4 is released and all of the extensions have support implemented.
