Fixed Columns: Apply heightMatch of 'none' to thead and tfoot

I see that fixedColumns.heightMatch of none applies only to the body of a table, not its header or footer. Is this intentional, because I think it should remove the height matching from both the thead and tfoot and give that control to the developer.

Interesting point. Yes it was intentional, but I see your point there. Interestingly, as far as I can recall, this is the first time this has come up, but I think you are probably correct. This is something that I will look into for the next major revision of FixedColumns.
