Can't tab through table with anchors

Hi I have a datatable that has a column with anchor links. I can tab into the table through the table headings but it tabs out of the table and not through any of the links in the table cells. Is there a way to get focus on the links within the table cells? thanks

Never mind the focus is there on the links. I couldn't tell because I was using # for the link.
