Server side - Slow Search/Order

Hello,

Im having some troubles on a server side datable with only around 14k records. The response when i do a search or column order takes around 2 secs. This is my table config:

I have another datatable with 300k records where i dont have this problem.. I tried everything but i cant find the problem, the query is running smooth on mysql..

Will aprecciate any help you guys can give.
