Select type field in editor showing value in grid instead of text

Hi,
i'm using the editor to fill a grid and I have a type select field which have labels and value.
When I select an option in the drop down, the value is inserted in the grid and that's OK since i'll use that value later.
BUT, I don't want the user to see the value in the grid, but the text of the option.
How can I do that?

I found out, using the render option.
