Just purchase the MiDi package of licenses

I just purchased the (10) pack of licenses and one is automatically assigned to me by default. I am not a developer, but only the account holder. how do I get this license made available for reassignment to a developer

Thanks for your message. I've just set this up for your account (its really now got 11 licenses rather than 10!).
