Date sorting (format 28-Apr-2016)

Hi there,

I am able to sort column date (28-Apr-2016) format in Chrome, but that Is not working in IE 11 and Mozilla.
I am using https://datatables.net/blog/2014-12-18 as reference.

Its very urgent !!
Please help !!
