A link to the parameter list

Hi Allan,

I have been using your tool and this site for a few weeks now... and both are brilliant as you know..

but I have one suggestion. It took me a long time to find the list of parameters on the bottom of the Usage page. I always just went to the example to get what I needed and was often frustrated by the lack of a parameter listing because I never scrolled down to the bottom half of the main Usage page... so a link above the examples menu would help people like me..

Thanks very much for your feedback. Have actually been thinking about breaking the information on some of the pages into sub-section pages, because their are getting fairly long - and going to get even longer when I finish of 1.5!

What I've done for the moment is to add a list with anchors links to the usage page under the introduction section which will hopefully help out.
