Create thumbnail image - uploaded image

I need the source code from you for DataTables:

When you upload your image to our server, it works without a problem.
I need from you as sincere help get the source code.

I want that when I upload a picture in 2048 * 512 different file formats. Then after uploading files automatically creates this file in a reduced size as the thumbnail size to 70% less.

Also, I want the original file size will remain on our server and additionally reduced image.

Is this using Editor's upload field type? If so, the way to do this is to specify a custom upload action. That will provide you with the information about the file so you can create a new thumbnail using whatever image processor methods you wish (gd for example) and you can also retain the original image.
