Are there any way that I could move a row from page 2 to page 1?

Currently no - I'm afraid the only way to do this is to change the number of rows that are shown and draw as required then. I must confess I haven't actually considered this interaction. I've filed a bug for it now and will have a think about how this feature could be introduced.

That's the point, no matter how big the page length set to, there are no way to re-order items from other page to the former page or later page. ^^*
