Are the Bootstrap 4 alpha CSS styles available via NPM? I haven't been able to find them.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

No, I'm afraid they are not. I'm waiting for Bootstrap 4 to go beta before releasing official packages for the Bootstrap 4 integration with DataTables.
The reason for this is that the npm styling packages for DataTables are tied to the DataTables release version. If the Bootstrap team make a marking change in the alphas, that would be stuck in the DataTables version. Yes I could just bump the version myself, but I'm currently preferring to wait for the betas. Additionally, the DataTables integration for Bootstrap 4 isn't quite complete yet - Editor still needs its integration to be done.

Superb - thanks for letting me know about this. I'll be added the Bootstrap 4 support into the download builder and npm over the next week in that case.
