I looked for another way to reach out regarding my purchase but found only the forum. I purchased the single developer license on 8/4 and did not receive an email regarding the purchase. I did check spam and also noticed that when I'm logged in to the DataTables site, it shows that I have one developer license to download but there are no links/buttons under the action column. When I checked the invoice, it seems that it was not paid, even though I did pay and got to the confirmation page.

I also wanted to tell you that your product is really good and well documented.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your message and sorry to hear you are having problems with this. This invoice appears to have been paid okay - this invoice, when you view it should say "Payment received, in US Dollars, via Stripe, with thanks."

    To download the licensed version head over to the Editor download page and download the package you want, when logged in with your account.

    I'm afraid I'm not sure why the email didn't get through to you! I'll check the logs.
