Is it possible to make the jquery datatable tbody scroll vertically up and down by itself (auto self scroll) just like the airport departure display board. Please if possible, point me in the right direction of how to implement this.

Sure - if you are using the scrolling options (
scrollY) then just scroll thediv.dataTables_scrollBodyelement like you would any other.Allan
