I did google and find "https://cdn.datatables.net/1.10.4/js/jquery.dataTables.min.js" but in my AEM project I am using jquery version 1.12.4. Now I think because of version problem my Pagination feature is not working. Any help ?

There is no version of DataTables called 1.12.4. That is the current jQuery release.
The current DataTables release is 1.10.12.
