Column misalignment when using scrollX:true on browser resize

The first time the page is loaded, all of the columns are shown and are correctly aligned.
Fixed columns is used but the user cannot see its use unless the browser is resized to half the original size. At this point, the columns are well aligned.

Columns are misaligned only when the browser is resized to the extent that scrolling horizontally isn't required to view all columns.
First and last columns are fixed.
