Dynamic Data Table For Every Page

I Want Dynamic Data Table and that should be like fetch the data values from db for each page
ex:if we have pagination for 5 pages ,we lode 10 records at each page that only fetch and next time in 2nd page again 10 records will fetch instantly.
Note:when we search records it can be search entire table for all pages
