How to implement OR logic in search

I have this fiddle http://jsfiddle.net/LkqTU/32464/
I want that if the select column is selected (checkbox = checked) then it won't filter out when I will enter a search.
For example , if I selected an HR row, so It won't be deleted when i will type in the search "Finance"?
How to do it?
