Is there any way to make to popup editor window movable for the user? Currently I am using the Lightbox option and the position of the popup is static and does not allow to drag the window on the screen to see what is behind while editing.

Only with the jQuery UI integration is that currently possible. The build in lightbox does not support that feature.
