Field type "Title" error

Is it possible to use this filed type without 'name' attribute?
In the docs described that this type is not submitted to the server but I see that empty data sent from this filed and got an error after form submit.

That documentation is wrong I'm afraid. Could you let me know where is says that and I will correct it.

There currently isn't an option in Editor to have a field which is not submitted to the server.

The field exactly sent an empty value to the server and it's caused an error. I've added some hack to my backend, but would be better completely remove any submit from this type of field.
