Custom template Form Editor

I'm trying to create a custom form as the example https://editor.datatables.net/examples/simple/template.html, but it does not work, it always shows the default form. I am using it with editor.bootstrap.
Can someone help me with this problem?

I'm sorry for my failure, I realized that I was with version 1.5* and the template option was added in version 1.6*
