Hi Allan,
The Progress bar is not rotating on the editor while the request is being sent to server (The progress bar is idle and not rotating). Also the progress bar is also not being displayed while uploading the image from editor. I am using editor v1.5.5 and "Bootstrap" styling instead of default. Could you please help me this? I would really appreciate your help.

I think that's a bug in the 1.5 libraries. The processing indicators didn't have great support in Bootstrap and the other styling integrations. If you update to 1.6 it should work.
