Hello all.
Is it free or paid if I create table and download it from Generator on this site?

The "Download" button on that page says "Start 15 day free trial". After that, you buy a licence or quit using Editor.

Also, what you mean use Editor? I am changing codes inside downloaded files, is it same?
You posted a link to the Editor's download page. If you aren't talking about Editor, I don't know what you want.
I downloaded file from generator, then changed module side and etc. I mean for what exactly I have to pay? For generated code or for what? Also how much cost license to use table from generator?

Customizebutton. It will list the license for all the software. Everything, except Editor, isLicense: MITwhich means you are free to use it:https://datatables.net/license/mit
The Editor has a 15 day trial period then you have to pay for licensing if you want to keep using after the 15 days:
