when do you plan to post the next Editor release
(including all the fixes and the Quill plugin update etc.)?

It should be by the end of the month, although there are still a number of changes that haven't been made yet before 1.6.2 ships. It is possible it will slip, so I don't want to put a hard date on it yet.
