jQuery is not working in html program

I want to dispaly the datatable in my chrome page and used .js and .css files and copied the jQuery lines in my html program .
but i am getting output only table data but not in custom format (i.e. shown format in the website)
so please can anyone help me.

Look at the browser's console to see if you are getting any errors. Beyond that seeing your code is necessary for troubleshooting. Please provide a link to a page showing the issue.
