Calculated Column from Previous Row Render Data

Cant Find the issue
for example :
i have three colums :
prepay, debt, balance

i need the balance column to be calculated like : debt - prepay + Previous column balance

how can i do this?any suggestions ?

Thanks for your answer - hope Allan will show more examples how I can make it - I don't understand how to make it with index column
