datatable two headers

datatable have two headers i want print pdf second header not first header. In my html page same table they wrote two theads are placed.Once thead for searching enteries and second one is main table header .So i generate pdf using datatable the datatable calls first searching header not second header how to call second header to generate pdf and searching also done pls give me solution
