Datatable server side processing showing hidden columns using while processing, how to fix this?

I have a datatable with server side processing..and column visibility button which hides some columns by default while loading. When i search something.. I am reinitializing the datatable with server call .. At that moment the datatable showing the hidden column rows which exceeds table container width and overflow... the column header names are still same.. it gets collapsed with extended width.
Could you help me to fix this?
