ajax error?

I follow the trouble shooting on https://datatables.net/manual/tech-notes/7 but it didn't help. There were no errors showing in chrome.

So I did a test crawl with Google and it showed an ajax error.The crawl says the error is here, https://aqreview.org/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=get_wdtable&table_id=1

I am not a data person. I don't know queries or sql. So please, it you can help, do you best to use plain english.
