expand and hide child row in with button and responsive extension

so i am using responsive extension, so i have some child row that are hidden at time and will expand/show itself when i click responsive toggle, now i have a idea to have 2 button (with button extension) expand button and hide button that will expand or hide all child row.

how to do that? i find this question had been asked 2 years ago but didn't seem to get a right answer or working method to do that... maybe this time in 2017 there is a way to do that?
