Mismatch Columns when Sorting

Hi, i'm new to data-table, i'have column, 5 columns
first : checkBox,
second : Edit Icon
Third : Firstname
Fourth : LastName
Fifth : Status

When i click on FirstName Header, sorting, it send LastName as order_by.
checkbox and edit icon is added from backend using array_shift().
Can anyone help ?
